Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece of art, and we hope you love what you receive. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Product Replacement

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement. However, we require the following to process your request:

  • A clear, uncut video of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show the damage to the product.

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including for damaged items.
